What is the role of a Health Coach?
The role of a Health Coach is to create a 50/50 partnership with clients to empower them to make healthy lifestyle changes. Coaches serve as reflective listeners, while placing the client as the person in charge of their own health and wellbeing. Accountability, trust, and confidentiality are at the heart of Totality Healing. We are here to help you succeed.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing. The word “reiki” means universal life energy. It focuses on balancing energy within the body through the 7 chakras. It can be done in person or remotely upon request. Totality Healing has a Level II Usui Practitioner. It is viewed as a complementary modality to health and wellness. It is in no way meant to take the place of professional medical care, but instead be used in adjunct if desired.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound Healing techniques have been used historically for thousands of years. In more recent years, the use of specific frequencies to induce desired brain wave states has been the area of scientific research. Totality Healing uses crystal bowls that are designed to focus on harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit through vibrational frequencies to create balance and restoration.
Are sessions in person or over the phone?
Coaching, Sound Healing, and Reiki sessions may be completed in person or remotely over the phone. For coaching sessions, video sessions are available to enhance the quality of coaching.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions may be cancelled up to 8 hours before without being charged. We understand that things happen that are out of our control. We will always work to reschedule as necessary.
