Health Food Coaching
We offer a guided process to choosing healthier foods coupled with mindful eating practices to create a lifestyle change. This program is focused on utilizing resources such as Choose My Plate (USDA) and America’s Diabetes Associations Create Your Plate to enhance your ability to select the right food choices with proper proportions to bring nourishment and balance to your body.
Weight Loss Coaching
We design a custom program that will create measurable results through weekly goals and activities. This program also considers barriers to change such as: environmental blocks, stress responses, and personal/family history. This holistic view enhances the quality of change to promote life-long improvements.
Stress Management Coaching
In this program we will discuss your current stress levels and coping mechanisms. We will work together to develop an understanding of healthy support systems and habits. These will serve as daily practices that clients may easily integrate into their busy days to help alleviate physical, mental, or emotional tension.
Reiki Sessions
Reiki sessions are offered in 30 or 60 minute intervals and will assist the body in restoring energetic flow and emotional balance. This is a form of energic healing that can really enhance your quality of life.
Sound Bath Healing
Sound healing baths are offered in 30 or 60 minute sessions. Each session consists of utilizing healing resonance from crystal sound bowels. The client will experience a sound healing bath of specific frequencies to restore balance and health to the body.
